just a heads up:
I was out there doing some planting today,and from the brochure I got from the office there is no electricity at pavillion #2 so if anyone had plans for a microwave or popcorn machine you may be SOL.

plenty of room,and lots of close parking you should have a blast.
sorry I can't be there in person but my spirit is allready there.

I just got back from the store and picked up some mustard, ketchup, BBQ souce and some bread & butter pickles. I didn't see any on the list, so I thought I would pick some up.

I've got grilling utensils covered and I think WT said she was bringing charcoal.

Yes, charcoal and utensils are covered. Now we have lots of condiments too (thanks ZProbe)!

I have lots of tickets from running previous events. I'll bring the roll. Hound, have you been organizing little brown bags to place in front of the raffle items?? I'm bringing a donation can for the pavilion. I'll find a cigar box for raffle money too. I will also pick up some self-adhesive name tags for sign-ins if this isn't already taken care of by someone else. Does someone have a log sheet prepared at sign-ins?

On another NEPAG note, I'm going to bring the two picture boards I created for the Moon Lake info day last August. If anyone else has anything geocaching or NEPAG-related, they should bring it along to display. It will show our hard-work and dedication to helping NEPAG succeed since the group debuted.

Wow, WT, you are organized! Do you have a couple of Sharpies for writng the nametags?

We'll bring a raffle item and a swag item for your ammo can too. We'll also bring the "Cover the Cost of the Pavilion" can, since I have tons of big coffee cans lying around (unless anyone wants to use something else, that is).

Erika has made NEPAG "business cards", so I was thinking that perhaps the sign-in sheet should match? Just a numbered sheet (or two) with the name of the event and the NEPAG logo, perhaps? I assume the cards have the logo on them. If we can put the sign-in sheets on a clipboard so then won't blow away, that would be nice. Plus, we can tie a pen to the clipboard with a piece of string.
